A dedicated Transition Concierge runs the move as your single point of contact, while Property Specialists handle each belonging with care. If it helps, the cost of clearing, storage, and moving can be paid from the proceeds at closing rather than out of pocket.

Home Preparation for Sale - As your belongings move out, we prepare the home to sell: repairs, deep cleaning, power washing, painting, and landscaping. We keep it showing warm and lived-in where that helps, and coordinate professional staging where a home is empty.

A Seamless Transition - Our founders are licensed at Douglas Elliman Palm Beach, so we can carry your old home through the sale, or work alongside your existing agent. The decision is yours.
