When a home is cleared, most companies see a dumpster. We see a lifetime of belongings that still hold real value, and our job is to make sure that value finds its way to new families.
Before anything is discarded, our Property Specialists sort every item. What can be donated is donated. What can be recycled is recycled. Only what truly has no other path becomes waste, and even then we handle disposal responsibly.
Donation Handled Properly
We partner with respected local and national organizations to give usable items a second life, including Faith Farm Ministries, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, and The Salvation Army. For every donation we provide itemized receipts and documentation. In an estate settlement these contributions can carry meaninigful tax benefits, and we make sure your accountant or attorney has everything they need.
Recycling and Responsible Disposal
Not everything can be donated, but very little truly needs to be wasted. We recycle and properly route materials requiring special handling, including electronics and e-waste, metals, and household hazardous materials. It takes more time than hauling everything to the dump. We think it’s worth it.
Why This Matters To Us
Clearing an estate is rarely just a logistics problem. It’s the closing of a chapter, often during a difficult time. Treating a lifetime of belongings with dignity is one small way we honor that.
